Maple Brie Cheese on Wafer Crackers


1 Wedge of Vermont Brie Cheese
¼ c. Hillsboro Organic Maple Syrup
Wafer crackers

 

Heat oven to 350 F. In a small baking dish place a wedge of Vermont Brie cheese. The dish should be just large enough to fit the wedge of cheese. Pour ¼ c. Hillsboro organic maple syrup over the cheese. Bake approx. 15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly. Serve on crackers of your choice. Yum!

 

Maple Dip
1 8 oz. pkg. Neufchatel Cheese (room temp.)
½ c. sour cream
¼ c. packed brown sugar
4-5 Tbsp. Hillsboro Organic Maple Syrup

 

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients; beat until smooth. Chill. Serve with fresh fruit. Yield: 2 cups
