What to expect: Steam evaporator boiling sap from 15,000 taps. Open Saturday and Sunday for visitors 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Serving maple samples, fresh brewed coffee, donuts with maple cream and other assorted samplings. Directions: From Bristol heading north on Route 116 or heading south from Hinesburg turn onto Route 17 near Mary's at Baldwin Creek. Past the Jerusalem store approximately three miles, turn left onto Gore Road. Another three miles turn left onto Beane Road. First left onto Mountainside Lane - follow signs from there.
