MAPLE OPEN HOUSE - March 29 & 30, 2008
We would like to invite any and all interested parties to come and join us for this very busy and exciting event. Our doors are open, the sweet smell of boiling syrup is in the air, and comraderie is abundant with visitors from all walks of life and various geographic regions. Please come prepared for some tasty treats, a possible snowshoeing venture on our trails, and yes mud-season may be upon us so come prepared, if need be with some mudboots.

Designated parking area and short hike for the able bodied. Parking near the sugarhouse for those in need of it.

What to expect:

Steam evaporator boiling sap from 15,000 taps. Open Saturday and Sunday for visitors 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Serving maple samples, fresh brewed coffee, donuts with maple cream and other assorted samplings. May want to call ahead for guaranteed boiling times and weather conditions.

Directions:

From Bristol heading north on Route 116 or heading south from Hinesburg turn onto Route 17 near Mary's at Baldwin Creek. Past the Jerusalem store approximately three miles, turn left onto Gore Road. Another three miles turn left onto Beane Road. First left onto Mountainside Lane - follow signs from there.
